Partner Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The GoJobee Partner Program is open to individuals and businesses who wish to promote GoJobee in exchange for commission on referred customers. By joining the program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements.

2. Commission Structure

Partners earn recurring commissions on subscription payments made by referred customers:\n\n• Tier 1 (0-9 referrals): 10% of subscription value\n• Tier 2 (10+ referrals): 20% of subscription value\n\nCommissions are calculated and paid monthly. Commission payments are made for 12 months from the date of the referred customer's first payment.

3. Tracking & Attribution

Referrals are tracked using cookies with a 30-day attribution window. If a user clicks your referral link and signs up within 30 days, you will be credited with the referral. In cases of multiple referral sources, the last-click attribution model applies.

4. Payment Terms

Commissions are paid monthly via bank transfer or PayPal. Minimum payout threshold and payment methods will be communicated upon program launch. Commissions are subject to a 30-day hold period to account for refunds and chargebacks.

5. Prohibited Practices

The following activities are strictly prohibited:\n\n• Self-referrals or creating fake accounts\n• Bidding on GoJobee brand keywords in paid advertising\n• Spam, misleading claims, or deceptive marketing\n• Cookie stuffing or other fraudulent tracking practices\n• Promoting GoJobee on adult, violent, or illegal content sites

6. Program Termination

GoJobee reserves the right to terminate any partner account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, all pending unpaid commissions may be forfeited. Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days written notice.

7. Program Modifications

GoJobee reserves the right to modify commission rates, program terms, or cookie windows at any time. Partners will be notified of material changes via email at least 14 days in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

GoJobee's liability under this agreement is limited to the amount of unpaid commissions owed to the partner. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
