Our Story

GoJobee was born out of frustration. As a team at SmartDev Sp. z o.o., we struggled for years with outdated, clunky ATS systems that hindered rather than helped our work. We decided to change that. We built the tool we wanted to use ourselves – fast, intuitive, and focused on what matters most in recruitment: human relationships.
