When recruitment is only one of many founder and team responsibilities, the process easily fragments. A CV lands in an inbox, a status moves to a spreadsheet, feedback stays in chat, and nobody is certain who owns the next step.
We started GoJobee to replace that patchwork with one clear workspace for jobs, candidates, notes, interviews, and decisions. Not a heavy enterprise rollout. A focused tool that a small team can understand and keep current.
That small-team perspective still shapes the product: reduce coordination work, keep context visible, and leave hiring judgment with people.
