Calendar Workflows
Connect supported calendar workflows to schedule interviews with less manual coordination.
GoJobee can support calendar workflows for interview scheduling when the option is enabled for your workspace. Exact provider availability depends on your setup, so confirm the available connection before relying on it in an active hiring process.

Go to Settings

Open the Integrations tab
Click on the 'Integrations' tab to see available calendar integrations.

Choose an available calendar workflow
If more than one option is available, choose the calendar workflow that matches your company's scheduling setup.

Connect the supported provider
Click 'Connect' next to the supported provider shown in your workspace. You may be redirected to authorize GoJobee to access calendar availability and create interview events.
Use the same account that hosts your real interview calendar.

Confirm meeting-link behavior
If meeting-link support is enabled, confirm how links are generated and shown before using the workflow with candidates.

Grant calendar permissions
When prompted, allow GoJobee to read and write calendar events. This is necessary to check your availability and create interview appointments.

Verify connection status
After authorization, the status should change from 'Not Connected' to 'Connected'. You can now schedule interviews using the enabled calendar workflow.
If the connection fails, try disconnecting and reconnecting. Make sure you're logged into the correct account.

Schedule your first interview
With the calendar workflow active, schedule a test interview and confirm the event details before using it in a live candidate process.
A correctly configured calendar workflow reduces double-booking, shortens scheduling back-and-forth, and keeps interview details closer to the candidate process.
