You can request an evaluation in two ways: from the candidate's detail page (using the dropdown menu next to the 'Evaluate' button) or from the Kanban board (right-click on a candidate card and select 'Request Evaluation').

Gathering multiple perspectives on candidates is crucial for making good hiring decisions. The Request Evaluation feature allows you to ask team members to evaluate specific candidates, ensuring you get well-rounded feedback before making important decisions.

Access Request Evaluation
Select a team member
In the dialog, choose which team member should evaluate this candidate. Only team members with access to the job position will appear in the list.
Set a due date (optional)
You can set a deadline for completing the evaluation. If the due date passes without the evaluation being completed, it will be marked as overdue in the assignee's dashboard.
Setting a due date helps keep the hiring process on track and ensures timely feedback.
Add a message (optional)
Include a personalized note for the evaluator. For example, you might want to highlight specific skills to focus on or provide context about the candidate.
Evaluations appear in dashboard
Once you send the request, the team member will see the pending evaluation in their Dashboard under the 'Evaluations' tab. They can click 'Evaluate' to open the evaluation form directly.
By leveraging the Request Evaluation feature, you ensure that multiple team members contribute their insights, leading to more informed and balanced hiring decisions.
