Organization Settings
Configure your company branding, data privacy settings, and default email language.
Organization settings define how your company appears to candidates and how you handle data privacy and compliance. These settings apply to your entire organization.
Go to Settings
Open the Your organization tab
Click on the 'Your organization' tab to access company-wide settings.
Upload your company logo and banner
Click on the logo area to upload your company logo. You can also add a banner image that will be displayed on your career page and in communications with candidates.
Set your organization name
Enter or verify your organization's name in the 'Organization name' field. This will appear in emails and on your career page.
Choose the default email language
Select the default language for automated emails (e.g., application confirmations, status updates). This setting is used when the candidate's preferred language is not available.
Individual email templates can override this default language setting.
Configure GDPR & Privacy Settings
Enable 'Require Consent' toggle if you need candidates to explicitly agree to data processing. This is recommended for GDPR compliance in the EU.
Set your Privacy Policy URL
Enter the URL to your company's privacy policy. Candidates will see a link to this policy when applying for jobs.
Make sure your privacy policy URL is valid and publicly accessible.
Define the Retention Period
Enter the number of days to keep candidate data after it was last processed. After this period, data should be reviewed for deletion according to your data retention policy.
Save your settings
Click 'Save' to apply your organization settings changes.
Properly configured organization settings ensure your company presents a professional image and complies with data privacy regulations like GDPR.
