Manage Candidates

View, filter, and manage your entire candidate pool in one place.

The Candidates page serves as a central hub where you can view all candidates across every job position. It provides powerful filtering tools to help you find specific applicants quickly.

Access the Candidates list

Click on 'Candidates' in the left sidebar navigation menu.

Filter candidates

Use the left sidebar to filter candidates by various criteria:

Available filters include: Search (by name), Status (e.g., New, In progress, Qualified), Job position, Recruitment Stage, Tags, and Source.

View candidate details

The main table displays key information for each candidate, including their recruitment stage, source, evaluation scores, and the date they were added.

Add a new candidate

Click the yellow 'Add candidate' button in the top right corner to manually add a candidate profile to the system.

Effectively managing and filtering your candidate pool ensures that no applicant slips through the cracks and helps maintain an organized recruitment database.
