Calendar Overview

Visualize your recruitment schedule and manage interview meetings.

The Calendar provides a comprehensive view of all your recruitment-related events. It helps you schedule interviews, track upcoming meetings, and avoid scheduling conflicts.

Access the Calendar

Click on 'Calendar' in the left sidebar navigation menu.

Navigate dates

The main view shows the current month. Smaller calendars at the bottom (or side) show the previous and next months for easy navigation. Click on any date to select it.

View daily schedule

When you select a date, the side panel on the right displays the list of meetings scheduled for that specific day. If no meetings are planned, it will show 'No meetings'.

Add a new meeting

Click the yellow 'Add meeting' button in the top right corner to schedule a new interview or event. You can link these meetings to specific candidates and job positions.

Using the centralized calendar helps streamline the interview scheduling process and ensures the whole hiring team is aligned on upcoming events.
