The AI Match Score feature automatically analyzes a candidate's profile and compares it to job requirements, providing a percentage match score with detailed justifications.

Score breakdown
AI analyzes four categories: Skills (40%), Experience (30%), Education (20%), and Culture Fit (10%). Each category has its own score and justification.

Understanding the scores
A score of 80%+ indicates a very good match, 60-80% is a solid candidate worth considering, below 60% there may be significant gaps in fit.

Matched and missing skills
AI shows a list of skills matching the requirements and those that may need development or don't fit the position.
Match Score is a supporting tool, not a replacement for recruiter decisions. Use it to quickly prioritize candidates and identify key areas to discuss during interviews.
