You can freely change the dashboard layout. Click the 'Customize' button in the top right corner. In edit mode, you can drag and drop widgets, resize them, or remove ones you don't need.

The GoJobee Dashboard is the first thing you see after logging in. It's designed to give you immediate insight into key metrics and tasks. The dashboard is divided into tabs: Overview (with customizable widgets) and Evaluations (for pending evaluation requests).

Recruitment Health
This widget analyzes your active processes and assigns them a Health Score. The score drops if a process takes too long, has too few candidates, or if managers don't evaluate candidates on time. It's your early warning system.
Click on a specific job to see exactly what's lowering its score.

My Focus
Your personal 'To-Do' list. The widget shows tasks requiring your attention: pending evaluations, upcoming interviews, candidates waiting too long in a stage, or new applications.

Pipeline Overview
A visual chart showing how many candidates enter the process, how many are in interviews, and how many have been hired. Helps quickly assess your pipeline throughput.

Hiring Velocity
A metric showing how fast you close recruitment processes (Time to Hire). The widget compares the current month to the previous one, so you know if your team is speeding up or slowing down.

Team Pulse
The entire team's activity feed. See who moved whom, who added a note or an evaluation. A great tool to stay up to date with your colleagues' work.

Evaluations Tab
A dedicated tab for managing evaluation requests. View all pending evaluations assigned to you, see due dates, job positions, and recruitment stages. Click 'Evaluate' to open the evaluation form directly.
Overdue evaluations are highlighted in red at the top of the list. Complete them first to keep the hiring process moving.
